Quality performance distinguishes your business from that of your competition – providing you with a critical competitive business advantage.

This 8 module series is designed to provide a "standard process" to follow and suggests tools use to assist in effectively participating with your Quality Performance efforts. Read on for more information.

Quality performance means consistently meeting or exceeding your internal and external customers’ requirements and expectations so they can be successful. Quality performance means having a resolve and commitment to excellence, by each employee, in all they do towards delighting their customers -- internal as well as external.

Quality Performance Excellence is achieved by teamwork, using a process that includes continuous and breakthrough performance improvements. Your organization should be dedicated to being the leader in providing quality products and services, all of  which meet or exceed the expectations of your customers.

All organizational stakeholders can actively participate in efforts to grow your quality performances to “excellence” by using this Continuous Improvement Process, as presented in our training module series.

Prerequisites

Complete our free online Six Sigma White Belt Training and Certificate course found here and on WiZiQ. Six Sigma White Belts are trained individuals who have a general familiarization with six sigma. They can help identify project ideas, lead smaller project executions and/or serve as valuable members of a Continuous Improvement project execution.
 

 

Course Content 


Gaining this certificate requires completion of all 8 modules (6 plus hours of narration) and passing a final competency quiz with a score of 80% or better.

 

 


 
  10 Step CIP – Module 1/8 Critical Factors

Within business organization all stakeholders will have a focus on a constancy of purpose and a resolve for excellence in all they do towards delighting their customers.  All we do must be in alignment with the organizations strategic plans and desired business results.
 

This module is intended to provide reasoning and meaning behind the need for gaining training, tools, and motivations towards implementing yet another level of quality performance improvement processes, to be coupled with your existing quality improvement efforts. ($25)

Part H is (8 of 8) of this training series and is designed to provide you with discovery and evaluations forms for use regarding the 7 Deadly Wastes, common to most organizations, included forms are for use with both service and/or manufacturing environments.
 

You will find a set of evaluation questions and a scoring charts for both service and manufacturing that you and/or team can use to help identify improvement opportunities related to each of the 7 deadly wastes. ($25)
